Shipping & Delivery Shipment Confirmation: An email will confirm that your order or part of your order has been shipped and it will also contain a tracking number. This tracking number will be linked to the shipping company website and enable you to track the progress of your shipment. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped seperately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, and your shipping location. Shipping Methods and Costs: At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs, if applicable, are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day or Overnight). PO Boxes and APO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO Boxes are handled by US Postal Service. Shipping charges will apply at the prevailing rates. Costs are determined by the weight and size of the goods you order. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the shipping section of the check out facility once you determine your preferred method of shipment. Shipping to Multiple Addresses: We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders. Estimated Delivery Dates: Shipping your items on time is very important to us. An Estimate Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination. Due to many factors, Estimated Deliver Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation.
Within the USA you can expect to receive your order in between 4 and 14 days, dependent on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. Outside of the USA, delivery can take up to 4 weeks, dependent on the delivery destination. Shipping outside the USA: We ship to selected countries outside the USA including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Privacy & Security The Final Image will never release any customer information to a third party, unless it is required for a federal investigation, to comply with the law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. Besides reasons listed above for releasing third party information, customer information will only be used by The Final Image to help personalize your shopping experience and improve customer service.
All customer information provided to the site during the purchasing process is protected. A variety of security measures has been implemented to ensure that the customer information is not visible or attainable by a third party. The Final Image's recent implementations to our cart helps us guarantee customer purchases are quick, accurate and protected.

Returns & Replacements Ammunition, and Clothing: All sales of ammunition and clothing are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving product that is defective from the manufacturer we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund, our choice. All Other Purchases: Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to The Final Image WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact sales@thefinalimage.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form in the package with the returned item in order for The Final Image to process the request and issue a refund or replace the item.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by The Final Image and must be returned in original packaging. The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 25% of the product sales price if the items are not returned in resalable condition, as determined in the discretion of The Final Image. If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned item(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, The Final Image will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the package will be returned to the customer. Short Claims: If you have received an order that you believe is short product that was ordered, a claim must be filed within 3 days of the date of receipt of delivery of the package. A photo of the package and contents may be required and other information may be requested as the issue is investigated. Errors in packaging are very uncommon and we strive to provide 100% fulfillment on all orders.
Ordering Ammunition, and Clothing: Ordering is simple and can be done on this website, by phone (1-951-348-9993), or mail (you must call first for your shipping rate) using your credit or debit card, cash, certified or cashier check, and money order. Order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Create an Account: Click the Account icon which appears at the top of every page. Click the Create an Account button. Follow the prompts to create your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming the setting up of your account. Your personal information is NEVER sold to any other third party and remains completely private under the terms of our Privacy Policy. Item Availability: A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". Items on our site are either in stock and ready to ship or temporarily out-of-stock and available as on backorder. For more information please read the details below. In-Stock Items: Most orders for In-Stock Items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your "In Stock" item will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located in stock and the receiving address is verified. Out of Stock Items: Out of stock items can be pre-purchased/backordered in advance of their availability. An Out-of-Stock/Backordered item will receive PRIORITY PROCESSING when new stock arrives. Your order will be shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as it is shipped, via e-mail. Purchasing Protocol: All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to purchasing, selling, transferring, possessing, transporting or using a product in the locality in which the customer resides. By placing an order on this website you certify that you can legally purchase, receive and own ammunition. Please do not purchase if you are prohibited from buying this item in your area. Our system charges credit cards when the order is placed and if you make a purchase and are from a restricted area your order will be canceled and a refund will be less up to 10% fee to cover the costs of moving funds from your account to ours and then back to yours. Order Cancellation Policy: Orders placed with The Final Image may be cancelled by the customer prior to the items having shipped. All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department, reachable by phone at (951) 348-9993, during customer service hours of 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer's expense. Any order that was previously cancelled by the customer may not be reversed. All cancellations are final. Amending Orders: No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed. The only way to amend an order is to cancel the order and a new order can be placed.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions Payment : Acceptable forms of payment are credit or debit card, cash, certified or cashier check, and money order. Important Payment Information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order where these criteria are not met. Pricing: All prices are quoted in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Viewing Orders Click the My Account link visible at the top of every page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard click My Orders on the left hand side menu to view your orders. Click view order for more information or to track the shipment. Order Status and Tracking: The status of your order is supplied by The Final Image.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by UPS or USPS depending on the delivery address. They will provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Alternatively, you can track your order by logging into your The Final Image.com account and viewing the order (see instruction above) when the information becomes available. E-mails About Your Order: After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive: Order Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Updating Account Information To update and manage your Account, click the My Account link visable at the top of each page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard use the links on the left hand side menu to the update your personal information, create and manage an address book and review and track orders.
